Important Information on how pick ups work.
Every year Breyer holds the largest model horse event of the season. We have been attending and picking up models for customers since 2014. We have found that the best way to insure a smooth pick up experience is to inform customers of what to expect.
How this works is you can either place a $50 deposit, make a 50% deposit, or pay in full (partial payment is only available till May 1st, after that you must pay in full). For deposits the balance will be due by June 1st. Items that have been picked up at BF will ship from Kentucky over the week following BreyerFest, with the exception of the "on-line only" models which could take up to 4 weeks longer for you to receive, and special request models.
We do not offer refunds on BF orders, because once purchased they cannot be replaced. If for some reason you need to cancel, you will be given a store credit to use on any items in the store. BreyerFest will be held July 10-12 for 2026. All items are guaranteed provided you place your order on or before May 30. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Important Information on Possible Changes to 2026 Model Pick Ups.
Every year Breyer changes the rules a little. I will explain how it worked in 2025 as a model going forward. When we take an order we immediately purchase any necessary tickets required for that order. Tickets are non-refundable so once they are purchased they can't be canceled. So around the middle of May they have us submit a list of models we would like. In our experience we usually get around 80% or more of what we request.
The computer generates assigned models to each ticket according to availability. Our request list is 16 picks maximum. They will start with your first choice, if that isn't available they go to your 2nd choice and so on. Each time starting with the highest ranking model on your list. If we want more than one of any model we have to list them for each one we want. The remaining tickets are wild tickets, meaning you can purchase anything that is still available. There are always models that sell out, especially the surprise model. If we cannot fill our orders from the models that are drawn for us, then we purchase extra models to trade with other pick up people to get the models we need. If that is not successful, there is a 2nd chance sale in August where you can purchase the remaining BF models. These options can take up to 6 weeks to fill.
Our goal is to fill every order, although there are usally a couple models we just can't get. We work very hard to bring you these BF models and we love to hear when customers get a special model! Send your first name, State, and what special model you received and we will post it for others to see.

Because it is really difficult to send you updates due to some having emails, others might be through messenger, and yet others phone numbers. So if you'd like to get an update just email and we usually answer within a short amount of time.

We are considering changing our stratigies for the 2026 BF season. Because expenses have reached the ceiling in traveling to BF and staying in hotels for 2 weeks while we attend BF and ship out packages, we want to stay competitive on our prices. To do this, we are considering only picking up the SR models that have to be picked up in person at BF, and ordering the rest online.
What that would mean to you is that your on site only pick ups would ship from KY, the remaining models would ship from my home to you, or directly to you from Breyer (provided they allow us to enter different delivery addresses). This would allow us a shorter time in KY and to not have to raise this year. Models should all be delivered by Mid-August. We'd love to hear your thoughts.
