We will guarantee you the model you purchase, but if there are variations and you'd like a certain variation we will do our best to get that one for you. Often there are 1/2 glossy and 1/2 matte, different manes and tails, and different colors within each model. We do have to charge a bit extra if you'd like a guarantee of a certain version and may also need some additional time to get it for you. We work very hard to fill your orders and pack with care. All items (other than special requests) will be shipped directly from KY before we head back to Idaho. We look forward to serving you!
